Do you offer onsite support?

The vast majority of support can be handled remotely (we support clients with offices all over the world!). If onsite support is needed, we can send one of our techs or leverage our network to be "boots on the ground."

Do you support Windows and other operating systems outside of Apple?

We do! While the majority of devices may be Apple, many of our clients have Windows, Chrome OS, and more mixed in their environment that we support. Our techs will make sure to take great care of every member of your team no matter what device they work on.

What if we already have an internal IT team?
